No sub six this morning... but it was lovely to sleep in :) Had a nice run today got to do a bit longer then I normally would be able to because of the holiday!! I always have trouble taking my meds. like I should when I'm on break from my normal schedule, I need to be careful about this, because my legs were feeling pretty tired and heavy again on the hills and I was thinking it might be because of that. For the most part it was not too bad of a run.

No worries. I wasn't sub-6 this morning either. We should definitely sleep in when we can. And your comment about meds just reminded me that I should go take my vitamins. I tend to forget when I'm out of my normal routine.
