Ran the parkway after work... it was pretty hot, but I did better then I thought I would. Maybe I'm starting to acclimate to the heat. As I was running on the trail, I noticed some magazine pages on the trail, when I looked down I was shocked... they were pages from a porno mag. I ran around picking up about 3 or so pages within about ten yards of the path. There was a garbage can within 1/8 of a mile and I disposed of them there and hurried to the bathroom that was close by to was my hands... LOL. There are lots of little kids walking with their families down there, I can't believe no one else picked them up! Also I seen my regulars (little old couple with middle age daughter and dog) I was so glad they didn't see them... the little old lady reminds me of my mom. I seen one other friend and ended up stopping and talking with him and his wife for a while. 7.1 miles - 1:02:56 laps: 8:50, 8:55, 9:12, 8:52, 8:42, 8:41, 8:55, 8:20
