Slept a bit better but still need to get a few more zzz's. I tried to do a easy/moderate pace, speeding up a bit here and there on the run. The first mile did not feel very good. Felt like an elephant was on my chest... could not get a good breathing pattern for a while. It eased up after the first mile but still not great laps: 9:19, 9:22, 9:36, 9:15, 9:12 5.5 miles - 51:17
