Sue bailed on me today... then it started to snow... woke with a headache and a bit of a sore throat. So I ground it out on the treadmill for 10 miles.... put a fork in me I'm done!

Congrats 10 miles on the treadmill is so hard for me. Anything over 6 is hard for me (on the treadmill). You should be proud of yourself.

I'm impressed that you put in over an hour on the treadmill with all those excuses you could have used to not run at all. Good girl!
