I really don't know what my VO2 max is. All I know is that the alarm on my heart rate beeped a few times so I'm giving myself 1 mile credit @ VO2 max for all those beeps.
Tried to do 800s around the neighborhood again. My times are slower this week. It is not as accurate and is harder on the street. I know, excuses again...blah, blah, blah... At least I got out there. Mom and Dad were shocked that I would go to Costco in running clothes. Didn't have time to change and shower but at least I got my run in! I didn't get my 400 split. Here are my 800 splits. Better N' Nutt'n!
