GOAL- 800m warm up @ 6.0 (10 min PA). 10x200m @ 12.0 (5 min PA). 800m cool down. ACTUAL- 800m warm up @ 6.0 (min PA). 6x200m @ 12.0 This was probably a little shy of 200m. I didn't feel like figuring out the math while I was running. I started the sprint on every second minute and sprinted for about 35 seconds. Then took the next minute and a half to catch my breath. I had to hold on to the bar A LOT. I've never run that fast on the treadmill before. My legs are already feeling it. I tripped the safety cord a couple of times and didn't finish the full 35 seconds on a couple as well. I'm only counting 100m for those. I tried cooling down but must have been kind of wobbly and tripped the cord again! I only did 400 cool down. Sleep- wha-hoo! woke up once but got over 8 hours. I was so tired last night from the weekend that I almost fell asleep in my clothes. |
