Treadmill: 3 miles @ 7.1 with 2% incline; pace conversion: 8:01
hopefully this will become a pace run and not a threshold run for me.
5 miles @ 7.0 on treadmill. I've got to do something to keep me entertained during treadmill workouts. ANy ideas?
Horray! I finally ran outside. pace average 9.13. Felt great. need to do some stretching.
