AM   14.0 miles on the stationary bike at home before heading to the gym.

          10 mile progressive run on the TM, ran beside Jeff and chatted almost the whole time.  

PM   5 mile TM run after work, ran beside Glen as I have not see him in a who

AM   Hills on the TM - a good work out!  Will not get my morning run in in the morning due to meeting my wife at her work to get health insurance set up. Will run longer tomorrow afternoon.

AM   Needed to be to work early this morning and had to start running by 4am.  It was an awsome morning (cool) but no wind and very peaceful, I ran this route a few weeks ago and had alot of fun with it.  Started out at the Greenbelt and through Citizens park and to Sunnyside, down SRL to Panchari and over the new bridge to Bellin, instead of turning at Bellin I kept going up Panchari to the new soccer complex and back down Panchari to the river and over to the truck at the Greenbelt and around Freeman Park and back.  I wanted 16 this morning but just didn't have the time.
