Got back from camping around 1:00 pm and need to get a run in today,  held off as long as i could because of the heat but needed to get it done,  so i ran th GB around 4 pm--still hot out-- but got in 11 miles at an easy pace run.

You are going to have to explain this new run style to me--OK. Are you going to run the Half this weekend at the Rock-Roll-and Run?

No, I am not running the 1/2 this weekend as we will be camping.

A quick one line explantion: I am opening/extending my hips more on the backstroke to extend my stride. Once mastered I can combine with a solid toe off to improve my pace with the same relative effort as prior to the change.
