Tempo run this morning
30 min at Z2 started at 8.30 for .50 miles and then 8:00 for .50 miles and 7:41 for to the 30 min mark. Then started tempo at 7:24 for 10 min and moved up to a 7:19 pace for 10 min and 7:13 for 5 min and the last 5 min was at a 7:03 pace. A good work out this morning.

OK not sure what I was thinking as I was wanting to run a 3:14 in this race as the winner in AG was at 3:18
It was cold rainning and windy, started out the race at slightly below MP and just could not hold it as I crossed 13.1 miles at 1:39 two min over Goal pace so I know that it was not going to be easy the second half of the race and it wasn't.
Legs were cramping in the quads and just so tight andnever didn't loosen up at all but am happy with the outcome |

| | AM. Ran the Greenbelt loop this morning. First loop was just an easy 8:30 pace, second loop was at tempo pace 7:24 pace anx then ran down to Pancheri and ran in nto Curt and ran with him for a few mo free e miles and back to the truck for 7:44 miles. |

Progressive run after all of that and over rhe last miles started a 8:00 and just kept speeding up pace ending the last .50 at MP
