Just an easy run this morning after my 22 miler on Sat.

1 hour on the elliptical and then sit ups
Speed work this morning, 3 x 1600 x 400 6:18 (154) - 6:18 (156) - 6:18 (156) then a .50 mile c/d and then into Z2 run which happend to be MP 7:24 - 7:18 pace
Set ups 4 x 30
back workout - supermans
squats 4 x 40
circut weights x 2
50 min spinning class
8 somewhat easy miles from the Greenbelt to Sunnyside and back.
Elliptical for 30 min

alot of set ups
Tempo run this morning 15 min w/u
60 min tempo run starting at 7:24 for the first 15 min - 7:19 for 30 min - 7:13 for 10 min and 7:08 for the last 5 and a.50 min c/d
Set-ups

Spin class for 50 min
8 easy miles from the greenbelt to sunnyside, started out a little slow but got back to the truck and grabed a bannana and felt much better.
30 min on the stairmaster
50 min on the elliptical talking to glen
some set-ups aand called it a day
Last long run before the Salt lake city Marathon, 2 hour run - 1 hour out I hit 7.40 miles and back home was even splits 8.06 pace
