I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
1 mile- 7:05 800- 3:34 4 400s- 1:36, 1:40, 1:41, 1:37. I've got a lot to work on this season, but I'm hoping that the slowness is at least partially attributed to my heavy mileage the past few days and last week.

Don't worry about the times. They will come down. You are putting in lots of mileage. You are in way better shape then the times indicate.

Thanks Emily, that's good to know because I was getting rather discouraged.
