30 min of alternating run/walk 2:3 in the pouring rain with about a 20mph head wind on the way out that felt great when I turned around and had the tail wind all the way home. Got home cold and wet but with that good feeling of satisfaction of knowing I got it done. Lifted weights at Anytime for about 30 min. Just random lifts with very light weights and one set each. Almost felt more like a stretching session than lifting. Felt good.
