We were on our way to our stake (church) 5k when my daughter said "Dad, I really just want to run with you, can we do our own 5k around our neighborhood? I said "sure." So we did and she smoked me. It was fun. I'm not posting my time as it was embarassing. It was under 30 minutes and that's all I will say.
