Legs still a little sore form Saturday so I did 30 min stationary bike at the gym. It just dawned on me today that instead of coping with a 30 min boring ride by watching ESPN I could try something different. I decided to do a tempo ride. Did it just like you would a run. It was awesome! A much better workout and not too boring. Not sure if biker people do tempo rides or if this is my own creation but it was good.
