Beautiful, sunny cold morning in the Pacific Northwest. Great running weather.

Ran out and back on BCreek from my house. Haven't ran in nearly two weeks as I have had a very bad cold/bronchitis. Glad I finally got rid of it. Felt great to get back in action, but I'm always amazed by how much fitness is lost with just 2 weeks off.

Yes, it is an eye-opener for sure, but it comes back very quickly, not sure why but it does. Good run and congrats on the nice weather.

Very true Flat! It does come back just as fast.
