60 min cardio (combination Bike and elliptical) at gym. Yesterday I ordered "Power 90" which is kind of like a lighter version of P90X (made by the same people). When it arrives I'm going to do it for the full 90 days like Rhett did his P90X. I need the break in routine as running has become stale for me. I'm thinking that after 90 days of that I will be in much better shape and itching to get back into my regular running mode.
