I love my runs with Josse, even though I was having a hard time this morning.  Running 21 miles on Monday must have thrown me off a little.  But yesterday I felt great. The miles came fast and easy (well, there were only 4 of them, so that may have been part of the success).  Today the lake was beautiful. I love it when it's silver-blue in the morning.  But we no longer have the quiet stillness to ourselves.  There are more and more people are coming to the trail that early in the morning.  I hate sharing, better said, I resent it.  I feel that it is my private domain, which is certainly untrue, but nonetheless....Fair weather users!  Ran into Sasha and Jeff  from which a brief discussion ensued regarding mosquitoes and bared bottoms.  Tis' the season.  Other topics of discussion this morning included bras and things dogs do with poo.  Keepin' it Klassy!

NICE runs this week starting with the 21 miler with Marion. Your run always sound so beautiful. I can't remember, are you training for a race? Have a GREAT summer!

I'm running Utah Valley Marathon with Marion. I like to run Ogden, but last year was still at Physical Therapy and doubting how much running I'd be doing this year when the deadline for Ogden rolled around. So UVM it is. I signed up for SGM as well for October. Hopefully after the Utah Valley run, we can head up to your side of the trail again for a summer run on the Jordan River Trail!

LOL - sounds like our pie celebration at work a few minutes ago, including such topics as: Hiccups while pregnant, labor and delivery, guys sliding down grass hills and over sprinkler heads, siccing different ant hills on each other.

I enjoyed the run on Monday. Let's do it again on the 13th. :-)

I actually think I am tramatized, I can not get that image out of my head. And every time I want to hurl. I think we need to tell them they need to go a little further off the trail.
