| | 3 miles in the cold morning over to Hidden Valley and back. Extra crisp on the nose. Easy 6 miles around Webb Hill with the kids. The sun was out and it was a perfect day to be running. I am glad I live in St. George this time of year. The weather is supposed to get really crummy for the rest of the week.

| | 3 cold miles this morning over to The Spectrum and back. It took me some time cleaning off the ice of my truck. 7 miles with the kids this afternoon. We did a big workout. We did meat grinders up Webb Hill. We only did 4 x 1/2 mile repeats. It was a good push for the kids. Happy to get this in. Planning on getting some fun runs in over the break. Hope everyone travels safely to wherever you may be going.

| | 8 miles in the morning over into Santa Clara and back. Lots of sun but really cool temps. I averaged 7:18/mile. Kept it nice and relaxed. Spent a lot of time sitting around with family not doing much so I decided to do another easy 6 miles around Ivins. A touch warmer this afternoon but not much warmer than this morning. Overall a good day though.

| | I ran from my house over to Jacob Hamblin and met up with some of my XC kids to run the Barrel Roll trail. We ran into Collins and his family so we talked with them for a while. It was a beautiful morning and the trail was a nice change of pace for the kids and I. They loved the trail and wanted to run more. It is fun to see the kids getting more excited each day. I ran back home and ended up running just over 13 miles for the day. Very grateful at this time of year for family and my health. Can't complain about too many things when others are less fortunate. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

| | Nice out and back run on Snow Canyon Parkway. It was nice to see a few people out exercising rather than spending lots of money at the stores. I never quite understood Black Friday. Most of my family went to the stores last night at midnight to make sure they got the good deals. I was sleeping until 7:30 in my nice warm bed and saved a ton of money in the process. Yeah! |

| | Met up with all the guys this morning (Dave, Clyde, Steve, Dustin, Bill, James) at Dave's house. It has been a while since we all have ran together. It was really fun running with everyone. We went down on to the river trail, over to River Rd., and looped around Stone Cliff into Washington. It was a good loop and a great morning for a run. We kept the pace honest at 7:00/mile overall and pushed the last couple miles back to Dave's house. It was a great start to the day. Happy with how the week went. |
