AM- easy 3. Waffle Wednesday! pretty awesome.
PM- oh man... 24 minutes?! I thought I was gonna die, considering the fact I just ate chicken stir fry in my last period for foods class and I couldn't even keep up on the warm up! But I was I able to keep up with Mia and Coach for most of it! I just focused on my breathing, and tried to relax. It worked for most of it! Then my breathing went all crazy, and I backed off. I was able to finish it, and got a 6:45 pace! So that's pretty much faster than when I ran 18 minute tempo 2 weeks ago! Last week I was a little faster, but I had more time this week, so it was pretty much the same. Felt good after! Except for my stomach ache. Glad I was able to finish the run!! Thanks coach!
