AM- Easy 3. My legs were pretty exhausted. Did some yoga!
PM- Trail! I felt alright for the first 2 miles, but when coach said the best part was the really good view, and we only had to add about a mile to go see it, Mia, Carli and I decided to join him! But that's when I really started to feel it. I fell super behind!! But we made it! And made it back to our cars, safe and sound!
