Mt View to Target to Timbers. My body feels like junk again, just like it felt from September 2013 to February if this year. Not sure why it's regressed... Right hip and hamstring, left achilles.

Yesterday felt like junk. Today felt much better. Ran 9 easy then pushed the pace the final mile. Hit 5:10. Half mile cool down. Timbers, Target, Mt View and home.
