Nice walk around the neighborhood with my kids.

It's an easy/recovery week on the program and it comes at perfect time - since i'll be at Girls Camp the rest of the week.

Went with Jenny and Leslie today.  Did our usual 5K route.  It's warm and we were sweating at 6:30 am.

It was good to get back to running today.  I missed Wed's run because I was at girl's camp.

Desiree went with me and I was so glad to chat with her.  Luckily for me, she's been off for 2 weeks so I could keep up with her today.

We did the run to Murray Park and it was great.  We did a 5/1 run-walk and it was pretty easy.  We didn't go until 6:00 so we kind of paid for it with the heat.
