I am married to the greastest guy and I have 5 awesome kids - 17, 16, 13, and 5 yr old twins.

1st long run!! End of the first week of the marathon training program. It was a tough run with uphill the first half. But we did it.

Long run!! 51 min. Sore but felt good.
Treadmill - 46 min. Started using new shoes - Mizunos.
35 min on treadmill. Felt like I could keep going.
No energy to start run, slow, felt better at the end.
