Finally got back to Muscle Up at the Rec Center. Jenny and Cynthia went too. It felt good to work out again. Went pretty light to ease back into it. It was great to stretch my sore muscles. Came home and wanted to do a little running so I went on the treadmill for a short 20 minute speed/interval work - IT WAS HARD and I'm sweating like crazy now. I need to do that several times a week.
