Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

Finally got back to Muscle Up at the Rec Center.  Jenny and Cynthia went too.  It felt good to work out again.  Went pretty light to ease back into it.  It was great to stretch my sore muscles.

Came home and wanted to do a little running so I went on the treadmill for a short 20 minute speed/interval work - IT WAS HARD and I'm sweating like crazy now.  I need to do that several times a week.

oh, Lisa, I need a good kick in the butt! As soon as I get this fundraiser over I need to get back to Yoga and Muscle Up. Good for you!!!!! You are my inspiration!!! I feel like I am just coasting these days.It is frustrating.

Leslie, you're not coasting - you're busy!! And you're doing good and needed things. don't be down on yourself. Julie and Paul need you. There's always next week.
