Had a good run with Jenny and Desiree today. It was a huge jump for the interval - run 20 min/walk 1. It wasn't too bad. I kept it at a good pace for me. They were ahead of me but not too far ahead.
I forgot to get back to you about the 24 hour race that Tom and I did. It was so fun. Our good friends are the brains behind the whole thing! If you go to www.raceallnight.com you can see more info about it. We hope to do it again next year.
