What a run!! We did our long run this week on Wed instead of Friday so that almost everyone in our group could go.  It's a lot harder when we do it earlier in the week because of the lack of recovery time from the previous long run.

Stats for today:  11.21 miles, 2:11:07 total time (includes warm up and cool down walking), 11:47 avg pace.

For most of the run I felt really good.  I was even the pace setter some of the time.  But I peaked too early and was dying at the end.  And I even had to deal with some bathroom issues at the end - YUCK!!

I'm just glad we're done and now i can really enjoy the holiday weekend.

What a good running group you have! Way to get the long run in! Too bad we can't figure a way to avoid the bathroom issues. I'm afraid it's part of the sport! Have a great holiday weekend!
