Ran the Speedy Spaniard 10k this morning. I had so much fun.I know my time wasn't what I had aimed for, but I am really proud of myself all around considering I have a sprained ankle.

There you are---sorry I forgot your name. I am a mess for about 30 minutes after every race and can not remember anything! BUT it was great to meet you!!! You ran an awesome race on an injured leg. I had no clue who you were, but I saw you stop twice and i just felt for you---you can tell when a runner is hurting!
And those dang shoelaces, I hate them! Mine untie on me all the time. Stupid things!
Great job!!!!

Great run despite the shoe/ankle ailments. Perhaps it was the shoe saving your ankle for another day. How thoughtful? Now you can go off and run another day!!!

Very Impressive! I am amazed at not only the fact that you ran, but at how well you did especially considering the fact that you stopped for a bit and had two shoe laces come undone, AMAZING!! It was so nice talking to you for a bit and seeing your GORGEOUS family!! I look forward to seeing you out on the road more often!! Take it easy and baby that ankle~!

Hey Lily! I'm so glad the ankle held up. Silly girl, leaving without your medal. :)
