Ran the Speedy Spaniard route with the gals this morning. Lot's of ghost and scary movies conversation. Merri got so quiet that I think she was freaked out. Lynsey heard a noise off the side of the road in the brush and it scared all of us. We are whimps  :) 

 We ran from the end of the race route all the way to our houses for a total of 7 miles in 55 minutes I think. Not to shabby. Avg. pace was around 7:58. gOoD tImEs GoOd TiMeS!
