I ran 7.2 miles in 57 minutes. I was so so so tired this morning.I have an ongoing smokers hack, it's the worst in the morning and at night. Please let the virus kill off soon. Sheesh, it has been a week. I did lift for about 10 minutes this morning also. Nothing special. I just need to go to bed earlier tonight, darn that John and Kate plus 8. 10 pm isn't a smart time for a show. :(

Leandra - I think Merri's talking about the smoke coming off the soles of her shoes! And why do you need new clothes? I thought Merri was the one growing out of all her clothes. LOL.

Lily - is '40 years of smoking' just an expression? You may have a 9 year old kid, but I doubt you're 40.

All this smoking talk is making me bust my gut. Merri let's come out of the pantry.....I smoke to...and with you while we are running. It does a body good. I was thinking about trying to get Lynsey addicted as well. LoL!!

Leandra, sometimes I think about applying at the buckle just for the discount. I buy a new pair of jeans at least once a month. I am a jeans addict!

Burt, no freaking way am I 40 yet. I'm still in the good ole 20's. However, the 40 years of smoking is actually an impression of one of my Scottish Aunts who has smoked for 40 years.....she said it hasn't done anything to her (we laugh at her because she said this with the deepest smokers voice possible). LOL

Sorry about all the ramblings Kellie. Just know that it's all a bunch of sarcasm. We live in the fieldstone subdivision in Spanish Fork- my hubby calls it Flinstone Village LOL. It's all just for a laugh. I think I ought to clear the air (and my lungs) by saying that I don't smoke-never have, never will. I've had a virus the past week that settles in my lungs at night and morning. I've been coughing my right lung out every morning. Lynsey and Merri get to see me spit a lot during our runs. :)
