Goals this Week!
Monday- 5 AM 9 miles and abs
Tuesday- 5 AM 7 miles and weights
Wednesday- 5 AM 11 miles
Thursday- 5 AM anybody want to run the Speedy Spaniard route again? I have mace for the rabid dog? Friday- 5 AM 8 miles & weights Satuday- hhmmm not sure.....will do something though!
