Ran 2 in 17:30 then went to the 1/2 hour strength class, then ran another 2 in 17:20 after. Which has resulted in me looking homeless today because I had zero time to get ready for work by the time I got home.
Ideally I could run all my miles before the class. But the gym doesn't open up until 5 and the class starts at 5:30. I would have to be there at 5 on the dot and then still be a little late for the class to get 4 in. Oh well, I'll figure it out or keep doing what I'm doing I guess. And the class is Mon Wed Fri so I guess I need to adjust my sched so I do the bulk of my running on Tuesdays and Thursdays. and of Course Saturdays.
I also feel it is important to note that I left the gym with Burt level sweat drippings. I should have run 5 more miles to counteract all the crunk (crap+junk, not crazy+drunk) I ate this weekend. Bleh.
