We made it to destination Kauai, HI.  And it is so awesome here.  Especially awesome that we're 4 hours behind Utah time so Sophie woke up at 4 :). Wasn't a big deal because we went to bed at 7.  Anyway, made working out early really easy.  Because 5 a.m. felt like 9 a.m.  Run felt good so I just kept going to get my long run done for the week. Went at 8:41 pace until the last half mile and did that at 8 min pace.  Don't know the total time exactly because I hit the stop button on the treadmill halfway through like an idiot.  Why do they put the stop button somewhere you can even hit it?

so jealous of you right now. :( good job on the miles and I know what you mean about the stop button. I can't tell you how many times that's happened to me.

I guess FRB hated emailing me comments this week! I had no idea you two loyals had even read my posts :). Just got back a couple of hours ago and added all my last weeks run. Somehow I kept on running through Vaca. And somehow I still gained 5 lbs.

5 lbs of awesomeness.

in the eternal scheme of things what's 5 lbs?

From Burt on Mon, May 16, 2011 at 12:58:55 from 206.19.214.144

Good question Merri. Let's see, 5 lbs. per week times eternity = OH MY GOSH!!!
