| I'm committed to be more regular on this. I have outlined the next 3 months of running on my calendar and I love crossing if off each day. So today I have made my comeback. :) Also, I registered for the Hobble creek Half! eek! It's very motivating for me to have a race to look forward to. My training schedule for that doesn'treally begin until 1st week of june. But I'm getting started now so when I start training schedule I'm not so sore! |

| Would have done more, but I couldn't get my butt out of bed this morning. So by the time I did get up, this was all I had time for. excuses excuses. But actually this was a pretty good run because I didn't have to slow down my speed or anything. Since I picked back up last week, I had been running 1 or 2 at reg speed then slowing down so I could manage the distance I wanted. But today I didn't have to slow down so that felt good. Took me just under 21 minutes. |

| Three and a little abs. My new goal is to start eating better. I can tell a big difference in how I feel during my runs depending on what I have eaten. Last night one million chips and salsa= not feeling so energized today. |
