I'm committed to be more regular on this.  I have outlined the next 3 months of running on my calendar and I love crossing if off each day.  So today I have made my comeback. :)  Also, I registered for the Hobble creek Half! eek! It's very motivating for me to have a race to look forward to.  My training schedule for that doesn'treally begin until 1st week of june.  But I'm getting started now so when I start training schedule I'm not so sore!

Make sure you do the provo 10k (4th of July) and the speedy spaniard 10k (24th of july)and that will get some speed workouts in there.
