6 miles on a belly full of pizza. I discovered Little Caesars five dollar pizza. Could not control myself. I had 6 pieces at 280 calories per. That's 1680 calories. And to think I only burned off 600 of those. This run was horrible, I hate running on a full stomach but I would have felt worse than I do now. So for dinner I Had 5 tacos, a couple of cookies and a small bowl of ice cream. I hate days like these. My uncomfortably full stomach run was 56:42. That's a blazing 9:27 pace. Any faster and I would have barfed. I retrospect, I kind of wished I would have. |
