Good runs. I tip my hat to you for the the hard run in the heat.
In answer to your question, it is usually in the low to mid 80s when I run in the AM. The PM is around 105 at 6pm, 103 at 7pm and still over 100 at 8pm. I just can't run in that heat.
I have to get up early to beat the heat, but it sounds like you are running in higher temps than I am. Is that the normal temp for Salt Lake? How do you run in the mid 90s like that?
