4.65 miles  44:32  9:35 pace.  The week has taken it's toll, I'm very tired and beat up.  Was it just me or was the blog down Thursday night?  I've been on a pizza rampage.  4 slices last night and 3 more for lunch today, I feel like an undisciplined slob.  It's so easy to listen to your body when it's saying "eat more pizza, your body needs it".

Pizza is the ideal fuel for masters runners. I had pizza for lunch.

I heard it was down after the fact. I guess Sasha's server died and he's got one of the family's PCs frankensteined together with the old harddrive for now. :) I'm amazed at how fast and available he has managed to keep this site using a home based server. Most people pay for web accounts in a datacenter. Sasha is a frugal one for sure :)

Mike, what's the monetization rate for 214000 page views/month?

From rAtTLeTrAp on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 20:47:27 from 98.247.27.122

Kam - That depends on whose ads you are serving up and what the "click through" rate is. It could be substantial from what I hear, but I don't know from experience since I always made a point of keeping my websites ad free.

Kam, you should know by now that I'm not nearly as smart as I look.

From Laputka on Fri, Feb 17, 2012 at 22:25:18 from 98.202.142.68

Okay, Kam, here it is a few hours later and I just figured out that you were asking Mike Davis that question, not me. I'm a little slow.

Mike pizza is a great fuel... I think... I ate half of a costco cheese pizza last night in one sitting. I usually have pizza the night before races , not that I raced this morning. I just was enjoying it so much last night :)

I was wondering what was wrong with the blog thursday and into friday. Thought maybe I got banned out locked out, good to know I didn't do something wrong.
