Easy miles in Central Park on a cold but sunny morning
Indoor track workout. 6x400m @ 5K pace with 400m jogging recoveries. Felt great after a triple rest day. Could have done more.

Weights at the gym. Too cold to run today
Snowed out of my long run. Mile repeats on treadmill. 9-7-9-7-9-7-9. So hot in the gym. This wiped me out!
