Long run on Hudson River. 50 and a little windy. Too cold for just a t shirt, so I froze. Motivation to run faster than normal easy pace. 8:00 av pace.

Taking a page out of Jake's recent entry about keeping shape by easy run mileage and 200m track workouts once a week. I did a track workout at Chelsea Piers 10x200m at mile pace (6:00 pace). Was going for 44 seconds. This was a tough workout. Legs were tired, but lungs could have gone for more reps!

Vinyassa Int/Adv at Chelsea Piers. Challenging class. Needed a break from running. Pretty sore from yesterday's 200s.
