I joined the Dashing Whippets Running Club, and this was my first workout with the group. 8x400m uphill at 6:45-7:00 pace (5K pace) in Central Park. Great to meet new runners. I've been running alone for too long!

Easy miles on Hudson River early before work with Juliana. 8:00 pace was conversational. What a difference a drop in temperature makes!

Long run at about 8:40 pace. Did the 5 bridges run - Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg, Polaski, and Queensboro. Perfect day for running, and there were tons of runners out doing their 20 mile runs for the NYC marathon. Very festive!

Yin yoga class at Integral Yoga. So relaxing!
