Left the house about 6:00 a.m. Temperature 19 degrees, humidity 85 percent. It didn't feel all that cold, but I was blowing out big clouds of water vapor as I was starting out. As I was running alone this morning, I took my iPhone in case I slipped and fell and couldn't make it back to the house. I have an application on it call iMapMyRun that records pretty much everything the Garmin does and allows you to post your workout to their website when you finish. My pace wasn't that great (9:10), but I felt good and had some spring in my legs even at the end. It'll get better. |
