Was able to start running again after more than a week off due to illness (apparently a strain of the flu that I caught from my daughter). I still have an occasional cough and some congestion so I didn't push it too far or too hard. Generally felt pretty good. I felt like I'd overdone it just a bit, but should be able to do similar mileage tomorrow and then start building up again. I'm hoping it will start getting a littler warmer in the morning (18.8 degrees this morning and high humidity).
