Definitely not feeling great yet. When out to do four, but I ran 3, walked .5 then ran the remaining .5. Knees are hurting and my quads felt like bricks. It makes me wonder how often I really want to run marathons, because they really take a lot out of you. And I think my favorite part of the entire process this time were the shorter races I ran while training for it. And they didn't leave my body feeling so beat up. |
