Brushed the dust off my running shoes (literally) and officially began attempt #3 of getting in shape this year. More importantly, I enjoyed being outside on this beautiful first day of Spring, and taking some time to myself to not think at all about dissertations or job searches! 20 minutes. mileage just an estimate. Hope to do 2 more 20 minute runs this week, then bump up to 30 minutes next week, and so on. But we'll see what happens. |
