4 mile warm up, 10 mile race (avg. 7:55 I think), 6 mile cool down.
Legs felt pretty good... stomach, not so much. It was drizzling and in the lower 40s, but turned out to be not quite as miserable as I expected.
weak, i know, but i am really strapped for time trying to get out of here
heavy rain and 40 degrees expected for the half tomorrow.
i don't even own any running rain gear. maybe i'll go buy a jacket today.
