Personal:

My wife, Teresa, has stayed by my side for over 21 years and I am a much better person as a result. Kristoffer, our only child, is now 15 and continues to exceed all my expectations. If you look in the dictionary under the word luck you will see my smiling face.

Ran 2.0 miles today. Very slowly. Easing back into running after 2 weeks

of dodging the heat and another with a sore foot. Not sure how I will

get from here to a half marathon any time soon.

Managed another 3.0 miles on a treadmill without much immediate discomfort. If I am not terribly sore tomorrow I will probably do a short jog to see if back-to-back days is too much for the recovering body parts.
