Personal:

My wife, Teresa, has stayed by my side for over 21 years and I am a much better person as a result. Kristoffer, our only child, is now 15 and continues to exceed all my expectations. If you look in the dictionary under the word luck you will see my smiling face.

Boring miles on a treadmill since it is too hot to run outside after work in Orlando. Easing back into running after taking my week off for camp. A few miles behind on the training schedule but nothing that should set me back to far.

Wow. It is hot in Orlando today. But I worked through a slow 3 mile jog. Tomorrow's scheduled 5 mile workout will be on a treadmill.

Made it through the 5 miler. The schedule called for 3x1600m intervals with 800m recovery but in the heat of Orlando I needed a bit more recovery. Got it done though.
