My wife, Teresa, has stayed by my side for over 21 years and I am a much better person as a result. Kristoffer, our only child, is now 15 and continues to exceed all my expectations. If you look in the dictionary under the word luck you will see my smiling face.

Finishing off the week with the distance that was originally scheduled for yesterday. Glad to have 2 weeks done. The two week total of 35.26 miles represents 9.21% of the total mileage I am scheduled to cover during the 18 week effort. I have spent 7h 23m 10s in my workouts thus far.

Today we begin out trek to Eureka Springs, Arkansas where we will be helping out at a vocal camp for 13-18 year-olds. Not much running expected but I expect to get plenty of exercise.
