AM- 3 miles. My hipflexor is really sore but good run.
PM- Distance medley (1200m)- It was a good first and last lap but I needed to stick with mike on the second. Maybe even take the lead on the first lap and let mike take the second lap. Good race though.
4x800- I ran decent...I ran really strong. I really needed to kick on this race and last lap.
4x400- I was second of my group and was really strong even though I was tired. I startedd to catch devo who was quite a bit ahead of me, for the first 200m but then the distance stayed the same.
Over-all: Very good group of races for a kinda workout meet. Excited to just run my guts out Friday!! |
